How long is the minimum stay at Little Pearl Cottage?
Little Pearl Cottage is available for weekly rentals, with a minimum stay of one week. Guests are welcome to enjoy a shorter stay if needed, but the full weekly rate will apply.

We have all modern day amenities including WIFI, TV in the living room and split air conditioner.
Outdoor Living
What are the outdoor amenities at Little Pearl Cottage?
The cottage is designed to enjoy the outdoor living! The spacious front deck with table and chairs, large outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ grill and common shared outdoor space offer fun and relaxation.
There are shared laundry facilities among the four cottages. Parking is assigned and available behind the cottage.

What are a few more things that are helpful to know?
Pets are not allowed at Little Pearl Cottage.
We are also a non-smoking home.
Little Pearl Cottage is a “tiny house” cottage among 4 small homes with a shared common area for picnics, barbecue, games and socializing. Please respect quiet late nights for other guests and homeowners.
Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. A code will be provided for easy check-in.
A comfortable, scenic train ride is available from Boston to the Rockport Station.
