The kitchen is light and inviting, with a new retro style refrigerator, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet storage, a 2-burner cooktop, small microwave and toaster oven. It's stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals!
Let's Be Outside
There is a BBQ grill off the spacious front deck so you can fully enjoy the gorgeous environment.
Enjoy coffee, a glass of wine and meals on the front deck. 2 bicycles are available to you for exploring the town.
Let's Sleep
Both bedrooms have bladeless integrated ceiling fans with light and remote control. Blackout blinds, 100% cotton sheets and comfortable beds invite rest.
*Please note that the bedrooms are small, ideal for one or two people, with maximum cottage occupancy of 4.*
Let's Enjoy Rockport
In a prime location off scenic Marmion Way, you can walk to Old Garden Beach & Straightsmouth Beach.
It's an easy walk to downtown Rockport for charming shops, galleries & cafes on Bearskin Neck.

Little Pearl Cottage is available for weekly rentals, with a minimum stay of one week. Guests are welcome to enjoy a shorter stay if needed, but the full weekly rate will apply.

We have all modern day amenities including WIFI, TV in the living room and split air conditioner.
Outdoor Living
What are the outdoor amenities at Little Pearl Cottage?
The cottage is designed to enjoy the outdoor living! The spacious front deck with table and chairs, large outdoor table and chairs, a BBQ grill and common shared outdoor space offer fun and relaxation.
There are shared laundry facilities among the four cottages. Parking is assigned and available behind the cottage.

Pets are not allowed at Little Pearl Cottage.
We are also a non-smoking home.
Little Pearl Cottage is a “tiny house” cottage among 4 small homes with a shared common area for picnics, barbecue, games and socializing. Please respect quiet late nights for other guests and homeowners.
Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. A code will be provided for easy check-in.
A comfortable, scenic train ride is available from Boston to the Rockport Station.
