About Little Pearl Cottage
Little Pearl Cottage is a charming, stylish, light and bright coastal cozy cottage located in beautiful Rockport, MA. This 2-bedroom "tiny house" 366sf retreat blends modern comfort with seaside charm—perfect for relaxation, inspiration, and coastal adventure.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is light and inviting, with a new retro style refrigerator, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet storage, a 2-burner cooktop, toaster, small microwave and toaster oven. A small Kuerig coffeemaker with pods, tea kettle and basic spices, sugar, olive oil and vinegar are provided. The kitchen stocked with supplies needed to prepare simple meals, including pots, pans, utensils and plenty of dishes and glasses. Please note that there is no baking oven.
The Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have bladeless integrated ceiling fans with light and remote control. Blackout blinds, 100% cotton sheets, blankets and quilts and very comfortable beds with a variety of pillow types invite rest.
*Please note that the bedrooms are small, ideal for one or two people, with maximum cottage occupancy of 4.*
Rockport
In a prime location off scenic Marmion Way, walk 5-10 mimnutes to Old Garden Beach, Straitsmouth Cove beach and the John Kiernan nature preserve.
It's an easy walk to downtown Rockport for charming shops, galleries & cafes on Bearskin Neck.
Bathroom
The clean, fresh bathroom has a tiled shower, niche for supplied body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Vanity and extra storage, a hairdryer and a few personal items are supplied.
Outside Spaces
There is a BBQ grill off the spacious front deck so you can fully enjoy the gorgeous environment.
Enjoy coffee, a glass of wine and meals on the front deck as well as the large table with seating for 6.

Outdoor Living
What are the outdoor amenities at Little Pearl Cottage?
The cottage is designed to enjoy outdoor living! The spacious front deck with table and chairs, large outdoor table and chairs, hammock, BBQ grill and common shared outdoor space offer fun and relaxation.
An outdoor shower with brass fixtures is private with shower curtains, a little bench and body wash.
There are shared laundry facilities among the four cottages and Little Pearl has a laundry line, conveinet for wet towels after a beach day or quarry swimming.
Other Things to Know
What are a few more things that are helpful to know?
Pets, including Emotional Support Animals, to the extent provided by MA law, are not allowed at Little Pearl Cottage.
We are also a non-smoking home, including inside and on the property.
Little Pearl Cottage is a “tiny house” cottage among 4 small homes with both private spaces and a shared common area for games and socializing. Please respect quiet late nights for other guests and homeowners.
Assigned parking for one vehicle is next to the cottage. Unassigned parking for a second vehicle is usually available, but not guaranteed.
Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is11 AM. A code will be provided for easy check-in. We live nearby and are almost always available if you need anything.
A 5-10 walk brings you to both Old Garden Beach and Straitsmouth Cove beach along with a quiet path in the woods in Kiernan Preserve. A comfortable, scenic train ride is available from Boston North Station to the Rockport Station. Want live music and more restaurants? Gloucester Taxi can take you there.
